Transform your conservatory with
Conservatory Roof Solutions

The LivinRoof is the first roofing system designed to give you the flexibility to combine solid and glazed roofing seamlessly. It helps you extend your living space and enhance thermal performance to give you a room you can use all year round. Whether you are constructing a new home extension or replacing an old existing conservatory roof the Livin roof can give you total design flexibility and the ability to create stylish and thermally efficient rooms like no other solution on the market. The Livin Roofing System is constructed from insulated composite external panels and kingspan slab insulation, which are strong and robust yet extremely thermally efficient. Glass panels can be inserted to replace any of the roofing panels, enabling you to maximise the light in your room to produce a very contemporary design not easily achievable with other conservatory roofing systems. If a vaulted ceiling isn't for you then there is an option of a suspended ceiling, allowing you to continue the ceiling height from an adjoining room or to give your room a more cosy feel.

LivinRoof can be formed into any shape or roof style. Glazing panels can be inserted anywhere to help you maximise the use of natural light and give you a truly bespoke design.

 Features & Benefits

The roof has a 0.18 U Value which is 15 times more thermally efficient than a 16mm polycarbonate or older glass roof without solar control.

• The room will be cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter
• Heating costs will be reduced
• The room can be used 365 days of the year
• It’s worth offering the homeowner the options of new frames, since modern glazing
specifications will compliment the thermal performance of the roof making the room more
comfortable and cheaper to heat.

Glass panels can be integrated into the design of the LivinRoof without additional cost to the householder. This includes shaped panels

• This adds visual appeal to the design of the extension
• The homeowner has an individual design that is their own
• Take advantage of the sweep of the sun over the extension by choosing which panels to glaze and which to leave solid
• Bring light into rooms in the house that would otherwise be darker with a solid roof
• Watch TV in the LivinRoof extension without suffering problems with glare whilst having the benefit of natural light

LivinRoomis part of the design, with a horizontal soffit inside the extension. The standard projection of LivinRoom is 350mm but it can be  varied, (min  300mm, max 1200mm)
  • You can put downlights of your choice in LivinRoom around the perimeter of the extension, providing attractive mood lighting
  • You could fit speakers to LivinRoom with hidden cables led through to your amplifier, this should be considered for first-fix cabling.

LivinRoof has vaulted ceiling and a plasterboard finish
  • The vaulted ceiling provides a light spacious feel to the extension
  • The plasterboard finish makes the extension feel as though it is part of the house.
  • It can be integrated with Loggia columns to improve thermal performance, provide visual appeal and reduce build times.

LivinRoof is supplied in RAL7016 Urban Grey as standard
  • This has the appearance of a rolled lead roof with a conservatory feel.
  • When installed it looks very similar to the appearance as a glass roof, reflecting the sky
  • It will not show the dirt whereas other colours may

LivinRoof has cornice as an option and can be offered with a PVC gutter only

• The PVC gutter option enables homeowners with a tight budget to take advantage of the benefits of LivinRoof
• Cornice provides the wow factor to finish to the exterior with classic lines.
• The easy to install system can be specified in grey to match the roof, the same colour as the frames, in a colour that compliments or contrasts with the frames. Enabling the homeowner to be creative and make their mark on their new home improvement project.

LivinRoof has an under-ridge capping or “surfboard”
  • This allows the homeowner to specify downlights or pendant lights of their choice to be fixed under the ridge for main or mood lighting.

LivinRoof is based on the Ultraframe Classic BBA certified platform

• The roof has a proven pedigree and will provide comfort and peace of mind for the homeowner for many years to come
• The roof can be configured like any other conservatory roof, providing the retailer with confidence that they can replicate existing designs on refurbishment projects.
• The Classic system enables variable pitches to be specified, useful when height restriction apply, including the ability to produce lean-to designs as low as 5 degrees

Ultraframe has partnered with JHAI to provide building regulations completion certificates
  • Building regulation compliance is required for solid roof conversions and new build extensions, the Ultraframe JHAI partnership provides peace of mind regarding the performance of the roof and to ensure that there are no problems with compliance when the homeowner decides to sell their house.
  • JHAI provide a low cost consistent way of getting building regulations approval with national coverage, having a practical, pragmatic approach.

 LivinRoof has weight of 25kg/m2
  • It is similar to a glass or polycarbonate roof, often enabling original frames to be used providing a saving to the homeowner if required.
  • The difference in loading on the foundations is negligible. Provided there is no sign of settlement in the base there is no need to excavate a pilot hole to reveal the foundations. Please consult JHAI if you are in any doubt
