The Steps...

Step 1:

Free in-home consultation, No hard sell or no pressure. We survey, measure and demonstrate how our unique system will give you year-round use of your conservatory.

step 1

Step 2:

Once you make your decision, paperwork is completed, an installation date booked and we keep you informed step by step till your installation date.

step 2

Step 3:

One of our insulation fitting teams will arrive promptly on the date agreed, they will check the conservatory and if necessary tint the internal glass before works starts.

step 3

Step 4:

We then install a pressure treated, tanalised wooden sub frame which meets and exceeds all building regulations to your conservatory roof structure.

step 4

Step 5:

We then install our unique Low-E breathable insulation quilt creating the first of two 25mm air gaps which are required to provide the optimum level of insulation.

step 5

Step 6:

If you have chosen lighting, the electrics are installed by a fully qualified electrician at this stage and all internal electrical work is carried out along with a dimmer switch being fitted.

step 6

Step 7:

We then install a second timber sub-frame which securely holds the Low-E in place. This second sub-frame is to allow for either the UPVC cladding or Plasterboard to be fitted.

step 7

Step 8a:

UPVC tongue and groove panels are fitted creating the second 25mm breathable air gap. Edging strips and the ridge cover are then installed to complete this stage.

step 8

Step 8b:

If you’re having a plaster ceiling, the plaster boards are fitted, the seams are taped and everything is checked to ensure its ready for plastering.

step 9

Step 9a:

The Ceiling is then thoroughly cleaned and our installers check every square inch to ensure a perfect blemish free finish ready for the lighting to be fitted.

step 10

Step 9b:

The plasterboard is skimmed and finished off to a beautiful smooth finish. Following this please allow a week to dry before its ready to be painted.

step 11

Step 10:

If you’re having lights fitted, they are installed at this stage and your conservatory is beautifully finished ready for you to enjoy for many years to come.
